Customer has sent data erasure request, how can we remove customer's data from our account?
If your customer has provided an email address or a mobile phone number to be removed from your account on Colligso, please follow these steps.
- Select Menu->Customers
- Adjust the time range
- Type in email address or mobile phone number (without + and country code) into the search box and hit enter
- If you find the customer, select the checkbox next to the id and hit Delete action
- If you did not find the customer, change the time range and repeat the above steps
These actions would remove all activities associated with the given customer id.
