Send text (SMS) message to a group of customers only 🎞️

You can create a group of your customers using Colligso TextIn by asking them to send a group-specific hashtag in text (SMS) message.

Steps

Here are three simple steps.

1. Create a Text Hashtag campaign with your hashtag. Write a message to acknowledge when the customer uses the hashtag. Please DO NOT include the hashtag in the acknowledgement. 
2. Ask customers to send the hashtag via text (SMS) to your TextIn-assigned SMS#. Every time the hashtag is used, TextIn will acknowledge with your message.
3. Create a Text Campaign and select a targeting segment that bears the same name as the hashtag.
